Im gonna /vouch for this kid till the end of time. I've known him since the day I started playing WoW. His gear does need improvement but he has a few 80s and 70s that he has raided with (with me back in MM) and hes proven that he has overall skill at this game and I don't think hes every actually messed up on any attempt yet. So, good kid, good player, good app.

Good application. You covered all of the necessary topics; however you armory link seems to be you in PVP spec as well as PVP gear. I would like to see your gemming and enchants for PvE. Also I know from experience that most warriors don't use HS unless above 40-50 rage and BT and WW are on CD... Please elaborate on your rotation as to why using HS is better than WW.

yea wow, on reading what i put again, i failed at that bad, yea it should be BT->WW-> queue HS(if good on rage) and slam on instants. Sound about right then?

More or less, you probably want to change the order from BT-->WW to WW-->BT based on the changes to Whirlwind and with the glyph you'd be looking at a WW-->BT-->2 free GCD's (ideally for your instant slams to fall into) -->BT-->WW-->1 free global-->BT-->2 free globals--> loop to beginning and repeat. Again your Slams should fall into the global free zones and your heroic strikes should be queued when in a high rage situation.
