Hello new applicants,
This post is designed to give anyone who is interested a good understanding of our raiding requirements as well as our mission statement.
First and foremost let it be said that Friendly is not a casual raiding guild. We require all of our members to come prepared to every raid with flasks, pots, food, and most importantly a in depth knowledge of that nights encounter. This will eliminate more of the learning curve while tackling Ulduar.
Second it is important to note that even though we are a serious raiding guild, the officers and guild leader believe that raiding should be something that every person enjoys doing... not a job. We plan to do everything possible to not make raiding a long dull grind.
The third topic is loot. Everyone's favorite topic and why many people play this game. Our loot system is Loot Council. Although we will be making concerted efforts to ensure loot is distributed appropriately based on raid attendance. I personally have been victim of many corrupt loot councils and will never allow favoritism to distribute loot.
Fourth, our raid times are currently Tuesday-Thursday......8pm-12pm server. We expect all members to make raids. Currently raiding 3 days a week will be plenty to clear WoTLK content; however when Ulduar comes out we may decide to expand raids to 4 days a week.
